Over the weekend, Prince Harry watched the Rugby World Cup final in Japan where his team, England, lost out to South Africa. Despite his wife, Meghan Markle, staying home with the couple’s six-month-old, Archie Harrison, she wasn’t far from Harry’s mind, something he proved when a young student commented on how handsome he is.
In a clip posted on The Royal Family Channel Twitter account, Harry can be seen playfully pointing to his wedding ring and saying, “I’m married!” after a local kid mentioned how good looking he is as they were posing for photos. The children can be heard laughing in response.
Although Meghan, 38, stayed at home in England, she told The Daily Telegraph she would be watching the game with baby Archie and that he would be wearing a special onesie in honour of the team.
The royals even sent a photo of Archie wearing the jersey to the English team ahead of the match, too. “He sent us a nice message of support, which was nice to receive,” player Sam Underhill said on Friday, according to Hello! “He showed his little lad in an England shirt, so that was a nice touch.”
