What Princess Beatrice And Princess Eugenie Do For A Living Might Surprise You

Business women

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are not your average Royal Family members. Unlike their royal cousins, Prince William and Prince Harry, they are not considered “working” royals, which means they are not supported by the Sovereign Grant – a kitty funded by taxes and given annually to the Queen and her family for official duties.

However, that doesn’t mean the pair doesn’t work. In fact, the sisters both have jobs that might surprise you. Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s daughters actually have well-established careers, that might be a shock to many.

Eugenie works as an Associate Art Director at a London art gallery called Hauser & Wirth, while Beatrice works for a US-based technology company called Afiniti.

Eugenie has previously said of her job, “I knew I definitely wouldn’t be a painter, but I knew this was the industry for me. I love being able to share my passion for art with people.”

Prince Andrew is very proud of his two daughters and has been vocal about supporting their endeavours. “As a father, my wish for my daughters is for them is to be modern working young women, who happen to be members of the Royal Family, and I am delighted to see them building their careers,” Andrew said in a press release. In an interview with People, mum Fergie added, “These are two girls who’ve worked so hard in their own careers and have taken time off today to spread the word on teen cancer, which is so important.”
