marie claire has always taken great pride in showcasing the very best in Australian fashion and beauty. These awards are our opportunity to celebrate new beauty launches of the past 18 months, and support the local fashion industry – and promote up and coming fashion talent.
These awards are considered the most credible within the industry. Finalists are chosen by the marie claire team in 10 fashion and 10 beauty categories and then voted on by the marie claire audience.
The awards are then presented to winners in an event spectacular that has in the past surprised its guests by the sheer luxury of the dining space with over 25,000 floating candles, a human chandelier dripping with models in couture and an ivy covered Parisian courtyard.
