Despite friends confirming their engagement weeks ago, we’ve yet to hear an official confirmation from Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas.
But it looks like the cat – or huge engagement ring – is out of the bag with Priyanka photographed trying to hide her diamond before exiting the airport in New Delhi yesterday.
The 36-year-old actress was spotted taking her ring off and slipping it into her pocket, but not before we got a quick look at the ring, which Nick reportedly shut down a Tiffany & Co. store to buy.
After just two months of dating, Nick proposed to Priyanka on her birthday while the two were in London, PEOPLE reported late last month.
“They are so happy,” the source says, before revealing Nick closed down a Tiffany store in New York City to buy an engagement ring.
“His friends and family have never seen him like this, and they’re all really excited for him. He’s definitely very serious about her,” another insider says of the Jonas brother.
“It’s a huge deal that Nick brought Priyanka to his cousin’s wedding,” a Jonas friend previously told PEOPLE. “He’s dated a lot over the last couple years but it’s never been anything serious, so this is a big step. Nick and Priyanka really like each other, and his family enjoyed getting to know her as well. She fit right in!”
The couple first sparked dating rumours when they attended the 2017 Met Gala together, but it wasn’t until May of this year when they were seen on numerous dates, before jetting to India to meet Priyanka’s family.
