When Reese Witherspoon officially confirmed that the third instalment in the Legally Blonde series was really happening, we couldn’t contain our excitement.
Now, the Big Little Lies actress has just teased details about the upcoming film, which is scheduled to hit our screens on Valentine’s Day in 2020.
“Oh, it’s gonna be so fun!” Witherspoon told Entertainment Tonight, adding, “I got to go to a meeting the other day where we talked about all the new plot points and all the characters and some returning characters and some new characters. I mean, I got so excited just in the meeting. I was like, ‘This is gonna be good.’”
This means that writing for the film is already in the works and that we can expect to see the return of some familiar faces, perhaps even Jennifer Coolidge and Luke Wilson.
