Streep, who joins the already incredible cast - including Nicole Kidman, Laura Dern, Reese Witherspoon, Zoe Kravitz and Shailene Woodley - plays Mary Louise Wright, the mother of Celeste Wright's husband, Perry (Alexander Skarsgård).
Madeline Martha Mackenzie (Witherspoon) is best friends with Celeste (Kidman) and, clearly, she's not a fan of Mary Louise.
