Calling all Big Little Lies devotees, two of the Monterey Five just reunited as Madeline and Celeste (sorry, Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman) just hung out together.

Last night (November 14), the small screen duo bagged a front row seat beside each other at the 2019 Country Music Association (CMA) Awards.
Kidman attended the starry ceremony with husband Keith Urban, who performed at the A-list gig, while Witherspoon presented during the show which was dedicated to women in the industry.
Unsurprisingly, photographs of the duo smiling and holding hands have been doing the Instagram rounds ever since.
According to E! News, Witherspoon and Kidman had a great time catching up since filming for season two of the award-winning series came to an end and were seen singing along to Little Big Town’s ‘Girl Crush’.

Reminding us why they boast one of Hollywood’s most beloved friendships, the power duo both shone in sequins.
Kidman dressed in a fiery Versace gown complete with $1,016 bubblegum pink Jimmy Choo sandals while Witherspoon chose a one-shoulder Versace frock for the red carpet event.
Their reunion has admittedly left us keeping our fingers crossed that Big Little Lies will return for a third installment – especially after Kidman revealed that she would be keen to reprise her role as Celeste.
“I think we would love to do a season three because there is certainly ideas,” the 52-year-old said. “But we would not do it without all of the same people involved… even the kids.”
Sadly, HBO president, Casey Bloys, recently reminded us that it may not be possible due to the cast’s hectic schedules.
“I love this group of people – I would do anything with them,” he admitted. “But the reality is, they are some of the busiest actresses working in Hollywood… I just think it’s not realistic.”
