The $10 Face De-Fuzzers That Keep Selling Out In Australia

If you see these in store, grab them

If you’d asked us a year ago what the most coveted beauty item was, we probably would’ve answered with the Urban Decay Naked palette or Charlotte Tilbury’s ‘Pillowtalk’ lipstick.

Fast forward to 2020 and the product everyone is trying to get there hands on is none other than a pair of face de-fuzzers. Who would’ve thought?!

Face shaving itself is nothing new, with dermaplaning a frequent addition to many facial treatments.

But taking to our own faces with a scalpel-looking razor is something we can only assume was brought on by salon closures of COVID-19.

Used to remove peach fuzz, dead skin cells and leave the skin looking and feeling silky smooth, face shaving is usually a popular treatment for celebrities pre-red carpet. Big fans including Marilyn Monroe and Elizabeth Taylor.

But it seems baby smooth skin has become a year-round want and now, at only $10 for two razors, completely achievable.

revlon face de-fuzzer

The product in question that continues to fly off the shelves, is the Revlon Face Defuzzer 2 Pack, $9.95.

Due to the high demand, Priceline is offering in-store purchase only, so if you see them in the flesh, you’re best to grab them while you can. Other stockists include Chemist Warehouse and Big W.

Originally released as a limited edition item, we’re hopeful Revlon will extend the product to its core line so we can all experience that de-fuzz feeling.
