Ryan Reynolds isn’t afraid to make a joke at his own expense. The hilarious actor opened up about his private life with wife of almost six years Blake Lively, and their adorable daughters James, 3, and Inez, 1, while speaking at Comic Con over the weekend.
And while we get the feeling Ryan is actually a great dad, the 41-year-old actor made fun of his own parenting skills, admitting he’s been terrible at looking after the girls while Blake films the upcoming spy thriller, The Rhythm Section in London.
“My wife’s been shooting a film overseas so I’ve been having a ton of time to pretend like I’m watching the kids. She’s probably filing [divorce] papers as we speak,” Reynolds told fans according to E! News.
The Deadpool actor also shared his favourite tv show to binge-watch with Blake. “Loving Handmaid’s Tale,” Ryan said. “Wishing there were more, we just watched the last one.”
We’re guessing Gossip Girl is a close second.
