It’s been a tough few weeks for Sam Frost after her splitting with boyfriend, Sasha Mielczarek, and having her breakfast radio show cancelled. However, in these hard times The Bachelorette star has still been able to be cheerful by poking some fun at herself.
Sam broke her silence on Instagram yesterday, addressing her new single status for the first time. In a cute snap smooching her beloved pup, she joked: “Everyone act surprised in ten year’s time when they do one of those, ‘Where are they now?’ articles and I end up being a weirdo that marries their dog, living in a bunker with an aluminium foil hat paranoid the world is going to end.”
After 18-months together, Sasha confirmed their sad break-up news on Instagram.
“I can confirm that Sam and myself have come to a mutual decision to part ways,” he wrote. “I respect Sam wholeheartedly and cherish our new found friendship. It is important to stress that there is no bitterness or scandal however the distance has been challenging at times.”
Just one week after his public announcement, reports claimed he spent Christmas with a new woman.
