As for Invivo's Lightbourne, working with Australian based winemakers to create such a revolutionary beverage was just one of the highlights—along with collaborating with Parker, of course.
“It’s been great working with an experienced team of Australian-based no-low alcohol winemakers using some of the most advanced no-low alcohol winemaking techniques in the world to develop the new Sevenly range," Lightbourne said.
He continued, "Sarah Jessica’s input has also been crucial throughout the process as she really represents the tastes of our customers and what they look for in our wines. Her focus is always on ensuring we’re producing our ‘A’ game for every wine.”
“Rob, Sarah Jessica and I are excited for wine lovers to try the range, we believe it’s one of the best lower alcohol ranges out there—it really stands up to its full-strength counterparts in terms of taste and structure.”
The sudden want for wines with a lower alcohol level, that offers the same enjoyment as a full-strength offering, has been picking up as of late. Thankfully, Parker heard our prayers and answered with a selection that doesn't compromise on taste.
“We know our customers are interested in low and no alcohol alternatives and are enjoying shopping within the dedicated areas we have created in store,” Brad Gorman, Coles Liquor General Manager Merchandise said in a press release.
“We are continuing to expand our low-alcohol offering for our Liquorland and First Choice Liquor Market customers and know they will enjoy the quality of the new Sevenly range.”
For the sustainability committed, Sevenly makes sure our planet isn't harmed in the winemaking process. To do so, every wine in the Sevenly collection are produced at a winery in Australia that sources 100 per cent of its energy from solar and wind power.
Fancy a tipple? Sarah Jessica Parker's Sevenly wines will cost AUD $20 and will be available exclusively at Liquorland and First Choice Liquor Market stores around Australia from April 1, 2022.
