Sarah Jessica Parker Has Designed A Wedding Dress Collection

We're getting distinct Carrie Bradshaw vibes

Calling all fashion-savvy brides: the one and only Sarah Jessica Parker has turned her hand to bridal design, and the result is as dreamy as you’d expect.

SJP has teamed up with American fashion label Gilt for the 10-piece collection of wedding ready-to-wear, which caters to brides of all tastes: according to Vogue Paris, there’s a jumpsuit embroidered with masses of flowers; a backless dress with dramatic bow at the hips, and a sleek sleeveless body suit.

Various pieces in the collection will also include feathers, beading, cut-outs and embroidery in blush, poppy, grey, black and blue in addition to traditional white, WWD reports. It’s all sounding very SATC to us.

The collection is made in New York using luxe fabrics (think cashmere and crepe) sourced from Spain, Italy and France.

“Not only is Sarah Jessica Parker’s style known around the world, her point of view is one of a kind,” Gilt chief merchant Tom Ott told WWD. “Sarah Jessica brings her impeccable taste and fashion sensibility to life in this collection.”

“We think our customers will be delighted with the offering, which is stylish and well-priced in the bridal category.”
