According to online dating service Zoosk, mentioning that you’re a fan of pilates in your profile ups your chances of getting a message by 160 per cent.
In fact, in a survey of over 7,000 of its members and 1.2 million profiles, the workout was widely considered the sexiest of them all.
But no stress if the whole rock-hard-abs-and-super-flexy thing isn’t really your bag: anything fitness related will still work a treat.
Saying you do kickboxing can result in up to 139 per cent more inbound messages than average, while Zumba and yoga are also popular choices.
But simply mentioning you “stay active” is enough to bring you 81 per cent more love.
And good news for all the active-wear enthusiasts amongst us. Wearing workout clothes on a date is apparently a massive turn on (looking at you, yoga pants.)
Eh, the heart wants what it wants.
