Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner is in Sydney visiting fiancé Joe Jonas while he works on The Voice, and the couple decided to mark the occasion with a little ink.
While The Voice coach opted for three new inkings of Mario, Spongebob Squarepants and Freddie Mercury, the GOT star kept it a little closer to home with a tribute to her GOT “wolf pack”.
“The pack survives” is a quote from the hit HBO show, where Ned Stark says to daughter Arya, “When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies but the pack survives.”
Turner’s character Sansa Stark also repeats the quote later in the series.
Fans were quick to ask if the tattoo had any hidden meaning, and if it might be a spoiler for the new season – do the remaining Stark family members survive?
Either way we’ll have to wait until next year to find out, with season 8 not scheduled to appear until April.
Bring on 2019 already!
