Study Reveals The Bedroom Habit That Is Crucial For A Happy Relationship

And no, it’s not what you’re thinking

No, we aren’t being that obvious. Does the term “I’m sorry about last night, I was tired” happen too often in your bedroom? New research from the University of Florida has revealed that a good night’s sleep is the key to a better bond with your fella.

The author asked 68 newlyweds to note their relationship satisfaction for seven days, whilst also noting the amount they slept each day. The data revealed that those who slept more than their usual amount (around 7.5 hours) were far more likely to be happier with their partner.

Something that surprised all of us was that husbands in particular were more likely to report overall satisfaction due to some extra z’s.

Now while we aren’t really surprised that more time on the pillow makes your relationships better, how many times have you wanted nothing more than to hit the hay rather than play some games.

And let’s be honest we are all not ourselves when we are tired and grumpy it drives home how important sleep is not only for our health but also our relationships too.
