Sydney Men Found Guilty Of Watching Intoxicated Teen’s Rape

The 18-year-old was throwing up in a toilet when they found her.

A jury has found two Sydney men guilty of being present while a teenage girl was raped in a toilet by another man.

Loyd Bandao, 22, James Bruce, 29, and Billy Joe Alcazar found the 18-year-old throwing up in an outhouse at a Blacktown party in 2015.

Alcazar, who pled guilty to raping the teen, testified against the other two men, saying that the all sexually assaulted her. “I ripped her pants off she turned around and started smoking [having oral sex] with Loyd and I started rooting her,” a court heard on Monday.

The jury, however, found Alcazar guilty of rape and Bandao and Bruce guilty of sexual assault in company – watching the act happen, reports The Daily Telegraph

Alcazar went on to say, the 18-year-old girl “never said stop or anything,” so he believed at the time that the sexual act was consensual.

The teen said that afterwards she crawled out of the bathroom before passing out.

The case has today returned to court for mention.
