Teresa Palmer has welcomed her second child with husband Mark Webber, a baby boy named Forest Sage Palmer.
The Aussie actress took to Instagram to announce the news, writing “Our sweet littlest love is here 🙏 Forest Sage Palmer was born yesterday in Adelaide on 12/12 at 12:18pm weighing 8lb 4oz and 20 inches long! Our hearts are so full and blessed.”
The 30-year-old, who is already mother to two-year-old son Bodhi, kept fans up to date with her pregnancy via Instagram and her blog, Your Zen Mama.
Back in October, she opened up about complications she experienced during her first labour in which she underwent a home birth.
“I had a slight complication post birth with my placenta after Bodhi was born which is why I chose a hospital birth over a home birth this time round,” she wrote.
“It gives me the confidence to know that if anything at all goes wrong or the same issue arises then I’m right there in a hospital setting and a doctor is only a floor away!”
“I’m feeling calm and prepared as the weeks fly by,” she says. “I’m truly open to whatever way this baby wants to come Earth side so I will welcome with open arms whatever experience we end up having.”
