While the rumour mill has been running wild over Bachelorette Elly Miles and her winner, Frazer Neate, it looks like the speculation about the demise of their relationship is true.
Taking to her Instagram in a rather saddening video, Elly confirmed that she and Frazer have called it quits.
In the video, she admits how difficult she’s found the last few months and how the pair unfortunately grew apart after the show wrapped.
“Frazer and I are no longer together, we broke up over the weekend,” she revealed in the video. “It’s a pretty quick turnaround to thinking you’re going to be with a person forever, to being single again.”
Along with the video, her caption dived into how it felt to have her relationship on public display, she wrote: “Having your personal life/relationship on display for the Nation/World is something you couldn’t possibly understand unless you go through it yourself”
“And yes, I do know that I put myself in that position but I’m still allowed to say it’s hard & that you truly can’t appreciate the weight of it until you experience it. People can be incredibly cruel so I just ask that you please be kind to us both.”
Along with the news, Elly also addressed the rumours surrounding Frazer’s apparent infidelity that surfaced in November.
“I know there’s a lot of rumours going around, I think I’ll just quickly touch on that. I know there’s a lot of allegations toward Frazer about you know, cheating on me and stuff,” Elly continued.
“Whether it’s true or not, I don’t know. It’s not the reason we broke up. He says it’s not true. But f**k knows honestly?”
She continued: “I want to thank everyone for their support. But yeah, I just want to put this behind me and move on with my life. I honestly gave everything I had to that show and to him. For it to not work out, it’s pretty devastating.”
Since the Miles’ sisters’ season of The Bachelorette wrapped earlier this year, there have been a number of women who have come forward to claim that they were secretly dating Frazer.
According to So Dramatic! host Megan Pustetto spoke with a few of these women, along with others who confirmed they had met people who had slept with Frazer.
In a recent episode, Megan said “there’s about eight” women that she knows of, who have allegedly dated Frazer while he was with Elly.
“I met someone out who said that she had sex with Frazer straight after he left Newcastle last week. She showed me the exchange of messages, but wasn’t willing to send them to me. All I can say is wow, he really is the biggest super spreader,” one witness told Megan.
“Frazer has slept with a few people after the Bachelorette finished filming, he has not been well-behaved, let’s just say that,” Pustetto said, reading out texts from an anonymous ‘witness one’.
And while we may never know whether the cheating allegations are true, all we can really do is take Elly’s word for it.
