Tipped to make it all the way to the final on The Bachelorette, Luke McLeod has a lot in common with Bachie alum, Matty Johnson. Aside from the ‘tall, dark and handsome’ thing, they also emerged as early favourites on their respective seasons, and they both have the same taste when it comes to dating.
Apparently McLeod and Laura Byrne dated “briefly” and it only lasted “for a couple of months,” reports NW. Last week, The Daily Telegraph reported that Luke and Laura are “friends” and had met long before either of them applied for the show.
The jewellery designer even commented on some of Luke’s social media posts, writing “all of the jealous” underneath a shirtless photo from Luke’s travels in Costa Rica.
While claims they’re back in contact might be hard to believe, considering Laura is completely smitten with Matty, the pair still follows each other on Instagram.
