The Premiere Date For ‘The Bachelorette’ Has Been Announced

Ready. For. It

Just one-day after the first trailer for Angie Kent’s season of The Bachelorette was released, we finally have an air date. The show, which will see 20 Aussie men compete for the Goggle Box star’s heart, will premiere on Wednesday, 9 October at 7.30pm.

As well as the air date, last week we found out this season’s twist: one of the men in the mansion will be Angie’s brother, Brad, who is posing as a contestant to find out insider goss about who’s ‘really there for the right reasons’ and so on.

“He was, technically – what the boys thought – there to win my love,” Angie said of her brother’s role on the show, “Sounds so creepy when I say it out loud that my brother was there to date me.”

After watching Matt Agnew and Chelsie McLeod profess their love for each other on the finale of The Bachelor last week, it’s safe to say we’re more than ready for something to fill our Bachie void. Less than two weeks, people!
