The third presidential debate started off a lot more civilised than the past two. The audience was urged to be quiet throughout the proceedings (so as not to sway or distract viewers) and Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton kept their voices low.
...But it didn't take long to descend into madness.
This became one of the more 'shouty' debates, with both candidates visibly frustrated with the other, and speaking loudly over moderator Chris Wallace, who asked some pretty forthright questions about the big issues.
This debate covered women's right to abortion, gun laws, immigration, the fitness of both candidates to lead and their plans to lead the US out of debt, and for the first time in a while, the US public actually got some answers.
However, the Internet had a LOT to say about the events, and comments that were made. Here are some of our fave reactions...
When Donald Trump said of Mexican immigration, "We have some bad hombres here, and we're going to get them out."
When Donald Trump accused Hillary Clinton of being a 'puppet'.
When Hillary Clinton points out Donald Trump ALSO thought the Emmys were rigged.
When Donald Trump used the word 'bigly', as if it were a real word.
When Donald Trump practically calls a woman's right to abortion 'murder'...
