Stop everything, because the best news ever was just revealed – we finally know when The Bold Type is returning to our screens after its mid-season break.
The first half of season said goodbye in March with the wedding of Sutton and Richard, along with some major changes for all three girls. Sutton’s now been promoted to stylist, meaning she and Richard will continue to be long-distance, while Kat lost her job at Scarlet after standing up to the boss. Jane, meanwhile, ended things with her boyfriend after learning he cheated on her, and went through with her double mastectomy.
The series will be back on June 11, so meet you in the fashion cupboard!

Stars of the series, Katie Stevens (Jane), Aisha Dee (Kat) and Meghann Fahy (Sutton), learned about the most reason season when they unexpectedly read a teleprompter at an event. The girls read, “On The Bold Type, we play characters who are determined to succeed in the New York fashion media business.
“We balance careers, friendship, and love on the daily. But this show is so important to us and our fans because regardless of who you are, we are all just trying to navigate the mess of our lives. And we are so excited to be coming back for season 4! Here’s to more bold stories, friendship, and a whole lot of rosé.”
Meghann squealed with excitement upon hearing the news. Katie posted a video of the surprise with the caption “BEST SURPRISE EVER!!! Season 4 bbs!!!” Also, you can hear Meghann shouting “OH MY GOD” as she realises the show is being renewed. BRB, crying in the cupboard.
