The beach, the bods and the iconic red bathers are back – but all with a millennial update thanks to The Rock a.k.a Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron.
The Rock tackles the role of lead lifeguard Mitch Buchannon with the incredibly large shoes to fill of the one and only David Hasselhoff (Or is it just David Hoff now?)
Zac –and his abs – star as Gold medalist Matt Brody who is hired to join the team as a PR stunt to drum up more interest and help save the team team from budget cuts.
The film also stars Alex Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach, Priyanka Chopra, Jon Bass and Ilfenesh Hadera.
And no don’t you fear – The Hoff and Pamela Anderson make an appearance in the movie.
