What Will The Series Be About?
According to Deadline, the upcoming animated series is a “biting, satirical look at the life of Prince George of Cambridge [voiced by Janetti], the youngest heir to the British throne, as he navigates the trials and tribulations of being a royal child.”
The cartooned series will be written and executive produced by Janetti and will follow six-year-old Prince George spilling the royal “tea” on his family, followers and the British Monarchy.
“We’re so excited to bring the world Gary’s created on Instagram over to HBO Max, where our viewers can discover what his Instagram fans already know—that George can be hilarious, shocking, and surprisingly sweet,” HBO Max’s Head of Original Content Sarah Aubrey said in a statement.
“We can’t wait to see what Gary does with a bigger canvas to paint on than just a 1:1 square.”

Janetti will be joined by some big names, including Orlando Bloom as the voice of Prince Harry, Condola Rashad as Meghan Markle, Lucy Punch as Kate Middleton, Tom Hollander as Prince Philip and Prince Charles, Alan Cumming as George’s butler Owen, Frances De La Tour as Queen Elizabeth and Iwan Rheon as Prince William.
Game of Thrones alum Sophie Turner has also signed on to the upcoming project, voicing the character of Princess Charlotte.
"Charlotte is coming and I couldn't be more honoured to join the cast and go on this fun-filled adventure with Gary Janetti," Turner wrote following the announcement.
