This Iconic Australian Brand Has Delved Into Jewellery, And Its Next Level

Hello new obsession

Tigerlily has cemented itself as one of Australia’s most trusted swimwear and apparel brands. Its latest collection Jardin is no exception, offering up the classic carefree and bohemian pieces we’ve come to know and love from the label.

This season Tigerlily has expanded on its jewellery offerings, featuring a collection of resin earrings that are already being seen on some of Australia’s biggest ‘it girls’ – including Sarah Ellen. The pieces are a new direction for the label, whose jewellery is often characterised by its boho silver and antique patterns.

Each piece in the collection is a celebration of traditional design, made modern with the use of acetate and metals. Think extravagant, pool-side pieces, the line draws inspiration from the free-spirited 60s and glamorous lives of the jet-set. Pieces pair perfectly with the brand’s resort 2019 collection, with maxi dresses and signature bikinis.

“Acetates are very much still on trend and compliment any outfit. Our imperfect Frejya hoop earring is simple yet sophisticated,” Catherine Thorbecke, Tigerlily’s Swim and Jewellery Designer told marie claire. “Designed to be timeless and versatile, key colours for this season include classic tortoiseshell, warm honey tort and emerald.”

It’s not just providing us with our new favourite accessories though, Tigerlily has been proudly sustainable before it became a brand must.
