After weeks of watching the love lives of Australia’s Bachelor and Bachelorette alumni unfold before our eyes, it all came to an end last night on the Bachelor In Paradise finale, and let’s just say, a lot happened.
Here’s a quick recap:
1. Meghan and Jake kept us on the edge of our seats wondering if they would even make the commitment ceremony. They didn’t. But are still together…
2. Then there was Keira and Jarrod, pledging their love and putting a commitment ring on it. They’re still together and have moved in together too.
3. Next up came Ali and Grant, who despite all the declarations of love, and exchanging commitment rings and talk of babies and moving to LA, just couldn’t go the distance. If you were watching, you could literally see the actual moment Ali’s heart broke and you knew they weren’t going to make it. But onwards and upwards because after the show they announced Ali as the next Bachelorette.

4. Then came Sam and Tara. The show’s resident goofballs got super-serious and then in the season’s worst-kept secret, Sam dropped to one knee and pulled out an engagement ring and popped the question. Needless to say they’re still together.
Now that you’re all caught up, this is what we’re really here for, because let’s face it, the best thing about Bachelor In Paradise – or any reality show – are the social media reactions.
