Lifeguards performed CPR for 15 minutes before she was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
Thai police have reportedly confirmed Keating is facing charges over the accident.
“Ms Collie’s boyfriend, Mr Keating, who was driving the other jet ski when they collided, will face a charge of reckless driving causing death,” police lieutenant Patiwat Yodkhwan said yesterday, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.
