In quite possibly the most important piece of news you will read all day, British songstress Geri Halliwell (aka Ginger Spice) has apologised for her sudden exit from the biggest girl band on earth almost 19 years ago.
The 44-year-old scarlett-haired singer posted to her Twitter on Wednesday saying that she was sorry for leaving the group in the middle of their would tour in 1998.
*Holds back tears*
The apology came after a fan tweeted that it was the anniversary of Halliwell’s dramatic departure from the mega-famous girl group.
