As part of a recent promotion for the 2017 Makers conference in California, Hillary Clinton released a powerful statement referencing the Women’s Marches that took place around the world.
The conference features speakers that are trailblazing leaders to inspire women, such as Sheryl Sandberg (COO of Facebook) and feminist writer Gloria Steinhem. It is running from February 6 – 8.

Clinton talked about the potential for women to create change when they come together, such as during the Women’s Marches.
But first, she made no mistake that she believes ‘the future is female’.
“Despite all the challenges we face, I remain convinced that yes, the future is female,” Clinton said.
“Just look at the amazing energy we saw last month as women organised a march that galvanised millions of people all over our country and across the world.”
‘The challenges women face’ is an understatement for Hillary Clinton, given the results of the recent US presidential election. But she is the perfect example of a woman who keeps fighting, and shows grace despite failure.
In another statement she urged women to be daring and lead boldly.
“We need strong women to step up and speak out. We need you to dare greatly and lead boldly.”
What an amazing event!
