After his 21-year marriage to Cassandra Thorburn ended in September 2016, Karl Stefanovic has been the subject of rampant media speculation – a frenzy that was only fuelled by photographs of him kissing 33-year-old model Jasmine Yarbrough on a yacht just five months later.

Now, the Today host has spoken out about his new relationship. In an interview with Stellar, he admits, “I certainly did not expect to meet someone five months after I broke up with my wife.”
“That was not planned, I did not know her before. I met her on a boat in Sydney.”
He adds that he and his girlfriend “are taking things really, really slowly.”
“We’re going to try to keep a level of privacy to how we’re going and what we’re planning, especially considering I have three beautiful children who need to be taken into consideration,” he says.
Stefanovic has three children with his first wife, Jackson, 17, Ava, 11 and River, 10.
He and Yarbrough made their public debut as a couple at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in March, sitting front row together with their mothers at the Justin Cassin show.
