Portia de Rossi has joined the growing list of women who have spoken out about sexual harassment in Hollywood, pointing the finger at action star Steven Seagal.
The Arrested Development actress alleged on Twitter that she was sexually harassed Seagal, who allegedly unzipped his pants while she was auditioning for a film.
“My final audition for a Steven Segal movie took place in his office. He told me how important it was to have chemistry off-screen as he sat me down and unzipped his leather pants,” de Rossi tweeted.
“I ran out and called my agent. Unfazed, she replied, “well, I didn’t know if he was your type.””
As the BBC reports, the manager of 65-year-old Seagal said the actor had no comment about the allegations.
But de Rossi’s wife, Ellen DeGeneres, did have something to say and tweeted her support. “I am proud of my wife,” she shared.
Seagal, known for his roles in Under Siege and Flight of Fury, has also been accused by Julianna Margulies of bringing a gun to a threatening meeting at his hotel room.
