Over the weekend, the fashion designer helped to boost morale amongst nurses working on the frontline at King's Hospital in London.
Although it's not known what the mother-daughter duo chatted to staff about, Beckham shared a screenshot of their phone call on Instagram Stories.
"FaceTime with the nurses at King's hospital in London today x," the mother-of-four captioned the touching photograph.
The Beckhams' kind gesture came just a day after the famous family joined in the nationwide #ClapForOurCarers campaign.
"So, us Beckhams are clapping to show our thanks to all the people working for the NHS," the 45-year-old can be heard saying over the clip. "All the doctors, all the nurses keeping us safe and working so, so hard."
Husband David then interjects: "Away from their families... We're so proud of you guys. Thank you so, so much."
The #ClapForOurCarers campaign even reached royal heights with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis joining in via an adorable clip shared by the official Kensington Palace Instagram account.
