The Spring/Summer 2018 shows are in full swing in New York, and we’ve already spotted the lust-have item of the season: sparkly shoes fit for a Disney princess.
Hot on the (actual) heels of Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel and Christian Louboutin’s fabulously glittery boots, Victoria Beckham sent models down the runway in shimmering stilettos that she says were inspired by her daughter.
“You can tell I’ve got a little girl when you look at these,” she tells The Telegraph. “I was on Skype with Harper yesterday and she said, ‘I have to have those pink glittery shoes!’”

In lolly wrapper shades of mint green, blue, purple and red, the stilettos (they’re also available as flat slides) are gloriously girly and unashamedly fun. But you can dial down their sugar content by mixing with denim, as Beckham does.
“Wear it with daywear; turn it on its head then it’s not too sweet,” the designer tells US Vogue. “I would wear mine with jeans.”
We would wear ours every day of the week.
