A new video has emerged over the weekend apparently showing Johnny Depp getting aggressive with Amber Heard, and seeming to throw a wine bottle and glass around in the kitchen.
TMZ released the video, which was filmed by Amber Heard, and comes a day before her deposition in LA.
Johnny Depp can be seen kicking and shouting curses in the kitchen while he reaches for a wine bottle and glass.
"Nothing happened this morning, you know that?" Amber Heard can be heard saying. "I just woke up and you were so sweet and nice – we were not even fighting this morning. All I said was sorry."
Johnny Depp then says: "You want to see crazy? I'll give you crazy," pouring a glass of red wine. "Here's me – all your crazy."
He then realises that she is filming the whole situation and tosses the phone and the video cuts off.
Amber Heard's rep told WHO that she wasn't responsible for the release of the video.
"I am not responsible for the release of the video. It was not what I wanted and I am doing what I can to force the media to take it off the internet. I underestimated the toll that this difficult few months have taken on me, emotionally and physically, and the efforts made by the media to intimidate and discredit me. It is for that reason, and my desire to make the healthiest choice for myself, and hopefully for Johnny, that I am attempting to resolve this matter in the most private way possible."
Though many people on the Internet reacting to the video have suggested that it isn't actually Johnny Depp shown, Johnny Depp's reps have yet to comment.
Johnny Depp's divorce attorney Laura Wasser has suggested that "Amber is attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse."
