Proud mother Sharon Goodfellow angrily tweeted 'Is this for real?' after the British press celebrated the win by running photos of Tom on the cover - with her son nowhere in sight.
Today, Sharon tweeted "Thank you for all the messages. I have still hundreds to go through. Looks like there will be lots in papers today!"
Proving, you can always count on a mother to stick up for her son! Daniel Goodfellow and Tom Daley won the Bronze medal in the men's synchronised 10m platform diving event.
