The Duchess of Cambridge Stole The Show At the Garter Day Service

And she recycled an existing outfit

The Duchess of Cambridge was among the royals who helped celebrate the Queen’s official 90th birthday over the weekend.

As usual, there was intense interest in her look.

Her first outfit was by Roksanda Ilincic – a colour-block wool-crepe dress, which was – until the Duchess wore it – on sale for $942 at the Outnet.

Yet, proving that the “Kate effect” is still going strong, the dress soon sold out.

 The next day, Kate followed up her winning look with a tried and tested Catherine Walker coat dress which she previously wore during the Royal Tour of Canada in 2011.

Attending the annual Garter service, the Duchess matched the frock to her Lock & Co. fascinator, Alexander McQueen clutch and the Robinson Pelham diamond earrings – the same pair she wore on her wedding day.
