The First Two ‘Bachelor’ Contestants Have Been Revealed

🌹🌹🌹

It is almost that time of the year again, where we get to watch 22 single women compete for the affections of Australia’s most eligible bachelor.

This year our bachelor is Sydney based ex-ruby player Nick Cummins, otherwise known affectionately as The Honey Badger.

The full list of women who will be fighting each other for Nick’s heart is yet to be released, but due to some pap shots and a couple of loose lips, two contestants have been confirmed.

Without further adieu, we present to you the very first glimpse of the women on The Bachelor 2018

Cassandra Wood

This blonde bombshell was a Miss World Australia 2017 finalist and is from Sydney’s beachy suburb of Manly.

The Bachelor producers seemed to have found a girl with the same sporty interests as ex-rugby player The Honey Badger, as Cass is not only a surfer with an enviable bikini bod, but also plays Rugby 7’s for the Manly Mermaids.

Alisha Aitken Radburn

Well the producers over at Network Ten are definitely covering all bases this year, competing against sporty Cass is political savvy Alisha Aitken Radburn, who was working in opposition leader Bill Shorten’s office before signing up for the show.

Alisha ran for the USU board at Sydney University and seems to have been an extremely active student politician during her time as a student prior to making her way to Canberra.

Alisha’s previous relationship was reportedly with the Young Liberals former Vice President Dean Shachar, so it will be interesting to see how this girl handles the charming bogan flavour of Nick Cummins. Not to mention a girl as politically adept as Alisha is sure to be a treat to watch with the other ladies in the bachie house…

If the first two women are any indication for the calibre of women on this season of The Bachelor, we cannot wait to meet the other ladies vying for a rose and the heart of The Honey Badger.
