She took a backseat for London Fashion Week, sitting pretty in the front row instead of storming the runways, but don’t for a minute think that means mega-model Kendall Jenner has relaxed her exercise routine.

The Insta-star has detailed her workout of choice on her website,, revealing “abs are my favourite thing to work out.” Tbh, she lost us there.

“I love it when my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, kills my abs,” she continues. “The next day, it hurts to even laugh. That’s how I know I’m doing the exercises right!”

But because we can’t all have Hollywood trainers on speed dial, Kendall lets us in on a little secret. When she’s on the road, or simply not at the gym, she uses the Instant Abs Trainer app.
