Beyoncé’s worked with makeup artist Rokael Lizama for years, with Lizama helping to develop each new look for ‘Cowboy Carter’ and craft it to perfection.
The good news is that Lizama is no gatekeeper, taking to his Instagram to share the iconic makeup combos that Bey has been rocking.
So, how do you achieve her signature, pouty, juicy nude lip, we hear you ask?
Well, it’s actually the work of her makeup artist’s own eponymous brand, Rokael Beauty, that graces this music queen’s complexion.
In her recent i-Heart Radio appearance, Lizama shared that the lip combo involved a liner, lippy and lip oil.
“I had to use my new Lip Collection for this special moment “Alignment” Lip Shader and “Lucero” Lip Oil with “Refined” Velvet Creme Lipstick underneath,” he shared online.

It appears that Rokael has used an array of colours to contour the lip and bring it all together. A lighter cool pink highlights the centre of the lip, making it appear poutier. Meanwhile, a deeper warm nude brown lines and contours the lips. It appears as though he blends this into the pink, softening its brightness and making it slightly more nude.
Then he goes over with a nude-orange hued lip oil, which is sheer enough on colour but still adds a little warmth and sheen for that juicy look.
