Say what you will about the Hadids, those women work hard. Case in point: Bella Hadid just walked a day of fashion week shows with a 38 degree temperature.
Taking to Instagram Stories to share the news, Hadid revealed she’d just done a day of shows with a 101 degree fahrenheit fever — or 38 degrees celsius. “101 fever is not cute when walking a runway,” she wrote.
Walking in four shows, including Redemption and Off-White (which she closed, nonetheless) Hadid certainly didn’t look unwell on the runway, with her signature glowy skin and cheekbones out in full force. But hey, that’s the mark of a good model, right?
It doesn’t surprise us, however, that the model has gotten sick. Now in its fourth week, Fashion Month is famous for its ruthless pace, with models like Hadid walking in shows every day for weeks on end, often with hardly any breaks. Add to that the winter season and you’ve got yourself a remedy for the flu.
Bella, we highly suggest you take a leaf out of Kylie Jenner’s book and get yourself some celery juice, stat.
