Returns Policy

Quay Australia will happily refund your full-priced sunnies, blue light glasses and jewellery, within 60 days of delivery. 

All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. All returns must be lodged through the returns portal on the company website prior to posting back otherwise Quay Australia may not be able to accept the returned goods.

Products received after 60 days or not received in their original condition will be issued a store credit. A credit will be issued in the same amount as the original payment.
