Free Shipping

SHEIKE customers enjoy free standard shipping on all orders $100 and up. Otherwise, the fee is $10 for standard shipping. Express shipping is also complimentary on orders of at least $250, or $12.95 below that amount.

Parcels typically dispatch within one business day, but dispatch may take one to two business days longer during peak periods.

Additionally, SHEIKE offers a free Click & Collect service in select stores. Click & Collect orders are ready within 24 hours.

Items purchased at SHEIKE are also eligible for free returns and exchanges if they arrive unworn, undamaged, and with tags still attached.

How to Redeem a Coupon

Coupons make any online shopping spree better! To redeem SHEIKE coupon codes, enter the relevant SHEIKE discount code at checkout. You should see a reduction in the amount you owe.

Keep in mind that SHEIKE coupons may not apply to certain items or combine with discounts, sales, or other promotions. Also, coupons may have restrictions such as an expiry date or a single-use limitation.

Click and Collect

SHEIKE provides a handy Click & Collect service from select stores, free of charge. The service allows you to place an order online and then pick up the items from a store within just 4 hours.  

You must first select your item or size on the SHEIKE product page to view in-store availability. After that, add your items to the cart and select 'Pick Up' to choose your location. Your order will then be ready for collection. 

Click & Collect is available throughout the week, and orders will be held until collected. You must bring your order confirmation email and a form of identification with you when collecting your item.

Returns and Exchanges

SHEIKE offers either a refund or credit if your item isn’t quite right. All items returned undamaged, unaltered, unworn with tags still attached; and with a valid proof of purchase will be refunded. 

Refunds will be returned to the payment option originally used for purchase. A fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage. Exchanges can only be made once.

Any sale items can only be returned for SHEIKE Credit. Any items that were purchased during a promotional period (VIP Days, Discounts) are considered sale items.
