Renowned fashion brand CAMILLA AND MARC is set to open this year’s highly anticipated Mercedes-Benz Australian Fashion Week (MBFWA).
Designers Camilla Freeman-Topper and Marc Freeman, who are celebrating 15 years in business this year, said they couldn’t be more thrilled to take the coveted Mercedes-Benz Presents show spot, which sees them in the company of alumni including Dion Lee, Toni Maticevski, Kym Ellery and Carla Zampatti.
“We are thrilled to open Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia in 2018,” said Camilla in a press release. “It was our platform to launch the brand in 2003 and we have enjoyed many highlights together. It is exciting to reflect on 15 years and all the experiences we’ve had.”
Added Marc, “It’s a fantastic platform for young, up-and-coming and established designers to present their collections and amplify to a local and a global audience.”
CAMILLA AND MARC will take to the 2018 MBFWA runway on Sunday, May 13, in what will undoubtedly be a spectacular show.
