At this point, the fact that a giant cruise ship was stationed in the middle of Chanel’s Cruise 2019 fashion show isn’t even surprising. From makeshift Eiffel towers to waterfalls to casinos to airports, when it comes to runways, Karl Lagerfeld knows how to pull out all the stops

The liner was then opened to guests, who naturally took the opportunity to snap the perfect ‘gram:

And on the subject of guests, Australia’s darling Margot Robbie was the newest front row addition, after signing on as face of the brand earlier this year.

She joined Chanel regulars Kristen Stewart, Lily-Rose Depp and fellow Aussie Phoebe Tonkin.

As far as the collection goes, there were plenty of looks that perfectly complemented the French Riviera theme: White and navy stripes, berets, and straw hats, as well as Chanel’s signature tweed suits and dresses, of course.
