100 shades of beige
Why wear just one when you can wear many? Firmly cementing itself as the new black, beige takes out the award for being 2019’s official neutral.

Despite what you might have been told, boots being tucked into pants is fashion, ladies. Call it the Brit effect, but the look usually only pulled off by fisherman and men in tweed coats has reached the streets of London — and honestly, we’re not complaining.

Clips, barrettes, hair pins… they’re all having a moment. Add to that a message — names, feelings, anything really — and you’ve got yourself a bona fide trend.
Unexpected layering

Orange is the new…
It might not be the new black, but orange was definitely a standout colour on the streets. Shades of rust, terracotta and persimmon were abound on the fashion set, who looked to the 70s for a sweet nod to colour.
White stockings
Perhaps it’s the prim and proper nature of British ladies, but there was no shortage of white stockings in London this season. Pair yours with cutesy Mary Janes or open toe heels to emulate the Brits.
