Selena Gomez made the sidewalk her runway when she stepped out in New York in three amazing outfits in one day.
The 24-year-old wowed in a geometric Proenza Schouler spring 2017 dress with daring cut-out details and layered hemline.
The singer, actress and producer wasn’t done there though, stepping out in two more chic looks, with a floral dress and bomber jacket, before covering up in a winter coat when then NYC weather turned.
The star, 13 Reasons Why executive producer is in New York to promote the new Netflix series and opened up about her own difficult time during filming and why the show is so important.
“I think that my [own] high school experience was amplified,” she revealed during a panel.
“I wouldn’t say it was worse, but it made it harder. To be frank with you, I actually was going through a really difficult time when they started production. I went away for 90 days, and I actually met a ton of kids in this place that were talking about issues that these characters are experiencing.”
Selena spent 90 days in a treatment facility in 2016 to deal with “anxiety, panic attacks and depression”.
“Whether I like it or not, a lot of people have watched me grow up, and I do feel like, I have these conversations with my fans,” she says. “I’ve never really wanted to be the kind of unapproachable person.”
“Whether I like it or not, people have seen a lot of my mistakes and I had to use that as a good thing, because then they’re able to trust me,” she continues.
“I want to be a part of this, because I think this is what they want, this is what they need.”
