There’s red carpets, and then there’s film festival red carpets—the latter is somehow even more elevated than usual, the celebrities shine (like, really shine) and the fashion? Well, it reaches new heights.
The 2022 Venice Film Festival has proved to be no different. After officially kicking off on August 31, day one set an exceptionally high precedent for what’s to come.
Julianne Moore led the pack of Hollywood stalwarts this year as she tackles a whole new role as resident of the competition jury at the festival. Meanwhile Jodie Turner-Smith is a bode fide fashion rockstar as she promotes her new film White Noise. Seriously, we cannot get enough of her pink lace dress, and her black and green Gucci ensemble, and her purple satin slip…the list, it appears, is ever-growing.
