The collection featured the classic Fendi ‘F’ logo print, which was created by Karl Lagerfeld for the brand in 1966.

The SS24 womenswear collection was designed by Kim Jones, who incorporated “masculine tailoring” into coats and trousers. According to show notes, the collection celebrated “a certain Roman freedom” in dressing.

“In Rome there is an elegance in ease and not caring what anybody thinks – that is the real luxury,” Jones said in the show notes. “In this collection I wanted to reflect that.

“It is not about the spectacle of being looked at, but the reality of wearing and the confidence and chicness that comes with it.”
