Step One: Back To Basics
Before the whitening magic can commence, it’s important to start with a freshly cleaned mouth. It goes without saying that preparation is key, so whatever you do, don’t skip this step.
All surfaces of your mouth should be free of any food residue or plaque before applying the whitening trays.
Brush your teeth for at least two minutes prior to application. For the best results (because that’s the aim of the game here), consider starting your whitening routine in the evening before you go to bed. That way, your teeth can rehydrate and remineralise overnight while you sleep and are also less prone to further discolouration and staining from eating afterwards.
Step Two: Light The Way
Before using the VIO405 device, apply a layer of the PAP+ Primer to each tooth. Wait 10 seconds then expel any excess before beginning the whitening treatment.
Now, time for the fun part! Twist off the cap, and apply half to the top of the Mouth Tray, and the other half to the bottom of the Mouth Tray.
Power on the VIO405 Device by gently pressing and holding the Hismile logo on the front side of the device.
