When it comes to Jennifer Lopez, it’s not difficult for her to leave us with dropped jaws during every red carpet appearance. And this time is no exception.
Attending the premiere of her latest rom-com Marry Me, Lopez walked down the aisle red carpet with boyfriend Ben Affleck by her side, looking gorgeous in an ivory wedding dress.
The Maid in Manhattan alum stunned in the lace, mini dress from Giambattista Valli’s ‘Love’ collection—the fashion house’s first bridal line—that featured full-length lace sleeves and a full skirt.
Accessorising the look, Lopez was adorned with Dior jewellery, Jimmy Choo shoes and a Dolce & Gabbana clutch, according to Page Six.
As for Affleck, he sported a black overcoat with a white button-up and navy trousers.
Lopez also touched on what’s different in their relationship now, saying they have “balance” in their lives and the “benefit of experience and wisdom that they gained over the years.”
“Marry Me” will open in theaters and will be available to stream on Peacock on February 11.
Of course, the wedding dress is on brand for Lopez’s latest film alongside Owen Wilson and Colombian musician Maluma. Marry Me follows superstar Kat Valdez, who is about to marry her fiancé (Maluma) in front of loyal fans. However, upon discovering his unfaithful behaviour, she locks eyes with a stranger in the crowd (Owen Wilson) and marries him on the spot.
In a whirlwind romance of her own, Lopez and Affleck rekindled their famous relationship in 2021. Joining her on the red carpet, Affleck was packing on the PDA, affectionately giving Lopez a kiss on the head and hugging her.
Earlier, Lopez appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she opened up about how she and Affleck never expected to get back together.
“Yeah, I don’t think anyone was more surprised than us,” she said. “No, you never could [imagine it would become full circle], that something like that could happen. It’s a beautiful thing.”
When asked by DeGeneres if she was in love with Affleck, Lopez confirmed the rumours, replying with a simple, “it’s true”.

Speaking to Rolling Stone, the 52-year-old spoke on how she doesn’t think she and Affleck will break up this second time around.
“I don’t think we would have got back together if we thought that was where it was headed,” she started.
“We feel like what we found again is so much more important, and how we protect that and how we live our lives—what to share, what not to share—is the balance that we have now.”
“The benefit of experience and the wisdom that we gained over the years.”
